South Florida Special Event Limo, Van, & Bus Transportation Services

FCS is proud of its versatility in providing various transportation services for it’s clientele. Often corporations and individuals seek our services to provide transportation for their special events. Each special event is unique and may require a combination of vehicles to accommodate you. Airport and Hotel ground coordination is no easy task. Leave it to the professionals at FCS to ‘meet & greet’ guests, check off and confirm passenger lists, and assign departing times with the appropriate vehicles. We host your valued clients, guests, staff and family with the highest levels of professionalism, courtesy and discretion. We have several vehicles and service options depending on your special event need. Each special event is unique and may require a combination of vehicles to accommodate you. Custom pricing and terms are available. Please contact FCS management at least two weeks advance of your special event.

Our Mid to Full Size Busses, Vans and SUV's are often used to transport VIPs or company employees to local events like the Fort Lauderdale Air & Sea Show, or the popular Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. Special event transportation may also include private car or limo services from any one of South Florida's Airports to corporate trade shows held at any one of the major area hotels such as The Westin Diplomat Hotel, or The Hard Rock Casino & Hotel.

Stretch Sedan Limos are able accommodate parties up to 10, and our stretch SUV limos will accommodate parties up to 16. Groups of passengers, 16 or more, may request party limo, or regular transport buses. Vehicle occupancy may change based on luggage capacity per vehicle if luggage transportation is required in the service. Never crouch or bend over getting in or out of a limousine again. If you are reserving a limousine for a formal event or occasion, please request for the driver to be dressed in formal attire.

Hourly Charter Services - There’s nothing like having your own personal chauffeured car, or limousine at your fingertips. Our professional drivers will always be close bye and will be happy to accommodate you the moment you need them. All hourly charters ADs (Alternate Destinations) are free from additional charges like extra stops or wait time. Ice & beverages are always included in the hourly limo service.

Passengers must provide their own drinks containing alcohol. Despite what other limousine services are illegally offering. Florida law prevents us from buying or serving you alcohol with out a liquor license. All drinks containing alcohol must be paid and brought by the passengers and be of the legal drinking age of 21.

Beverages will include a mix of regular and diet sodas and bottled water. If you have a request for particular beverage such as OJ or cranberry juice, please let us know before your service begins. Extra coolers can be stored in the trunk and are available at NO extra charge. You may provide your own drinks and ice with your extra cooler if you wish.

Point to Point Transfer Services - Most transportation involves a simple point A to point B transfer. Extra stops and wait time are extra charges, so make sure you ask what is the most efficient and cost effective service option. Some services and charges can be customized to your needs. Ice and beverages are NOT included on limo transfer services. Ice and beverages can be added to your transfer for $15.00 if requested. We are not allowed to serve alcohol. Passengers of the legal drinking age may provide their own drinks containing alcohol. Use of our drink ware with your own beverage is a $10.00 service fee. Company events may require several transfers from one set location to another set location through out the coarse of the event. This may be common for guests that need to park off site and need transportation from the parking location to the event, Please give us a call for a customized billing structure. Stretch Limo transfers are NOT accepted between the following times periods: Friday 4:30 p.m. to Saturday 6:00 a.m., Saturday 4:30 p.m. to Sunday 6:00 a.m.
