Family Car Service has been officially registered with the Florida Department of Corporations since 1996. Family Car Service and it's drivers are properly licensed and insured with Palm Beach, and Broward Counties with some service limitations for Miami Dade County.

Current Family Car Service ownership has been since 2003 and has been serving South Florida for more then 30yrs under previous ownership. Providing private transportation by the hour or by one way transfer 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Always reliable, we operate clean smoke free vehicles. All drivers are professionals with years experience driving in the South Florida area.

Customer Service

Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. eastern standard time 7 days a week. We are NOT a taxi or shared ride service. We can not guarantee vehicles will be available unless you book a reservation with advance notice under normal office hours.

Family Car Service Cancellation Policy

• Same day cancellations will be charged in full. Exceptions made for cancellation fee's are Airport Shutdown, Airline aircraft break down, client flight bump off change with updates, extreme hold flight delays, severe weather or other acts of nature you have no control over...

• Sedan, SUV, and Van (Local) Reservations cancelled within 48 hours before your scheduled booking are subject to $35.00 cancellation fee. (Long Distance) Reservations cancelled within 48 hours before your scheduled booking are subject to $50.00 cancellation fee.

• Hourly Charter Reservations for buses or stretch limousines will be charged in full if cancelled within 72 hours, (3 days) before your scheduled booking.
