Family Car Service is a 24-hour limousine service. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. eastern standard time 7 days a week. To speak with an individual by phone to place a reservation, or about customer service related issues, please call within these hours. You may make a reservation or request a price quote 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using this web site. Reservations must be approved and confirmed by FCS via phone or by e-mail before valid. Verbal confirmation will only be available during normal office hours. Online reservations past our working office hours must be made at least 10 hours in advance of the requested pickup time. FCS is NOT a taxi service. FCS can not guarantee vehicles will be available unless you book a reservation with a minimum of two hours advance notice, during normal office hours. All reservations must be secured with a credit card and billing address. You may choose to pay with cash or credit card. Payment is not collected until time of service. At it's own discretion, FCS reserves the rite to pre-authorize funds, or require a deposit before service. Payment by check is only accepted with corporate accounts in good standing. If you are calling and reach the FCS voice mail system during normal office hours, please leave a message. The FCS Phone system will notify us 24 hours a day of your message. Someone will return your call immediately after the message is received. Please speak clearly with a first and last name, time you are calling, and phone numbers where you can be reached. Please state the reason you are calling. Customer Service Emergencies / After Hours - If you are calling after office hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, you will be directed to the FCS voice mail system. The FCS phone system will notify us 24 hours a day of your message. Do not hang up. Do not keep re dialing as this will just further delay us from returning your call. Please leave a message.
